Intellectual Property

All templates, features, and designs provided by PosterBanao remain the intellectual property of INFYNIX LABS. The name PosterBanao™ is a registered trademark. You may use templates for your own promotions but not resell or redistribute them as standalone designs.

Payments & Subscriptions

PosterBanao may include both free and premium features. Premium subscription plans are billed directly through our in-app payment partner, Razorpay, using your card, UPI, or other supported payment method.

You may optionally enable auto-renewal at checkout, which registers a recurring card or UPI Autopay mandate so your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period. This is off by default and never enabled without your explicit consent. If enabled, we notify you at least 24 hours before every auto-renewal charge, and you can skip an upcoming renewal or cancel auto-renewal entirely at any time from My Subscriptions → Manage Auto-Renewal in the app. See our Auto-Renewal Policy for full details, and our Refund Policy for how refunds are handled.

Limitation of Liability

PosterBanao is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages, loss of data, or issues arising from the use of our app or website.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your data is collected and used.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse our services.

Changes to Terms

PosterBanao may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective once published on our website or app.
