How many messages can be sent in one go?
Hundreds comfortably, and thousands across a day. We deliberately do not fire everything at once — messages go out in spaced batches, which is what keeps delivery high and your number healthy. A list of a few hundred usually completes within a few hours.
What format should my customer list be in?
Excel or CSV is easiest, but we are not fussy. A WhatsApp group export, a Google Sheet link, or even clear photos of a handwritten register all work — we will type them up and clean out duplicates and wrong numbers before sending.
Is bulk WhatsApp messaging legal in India?
Sending promotional messages to customers who have shared their number with your business is normal commercial practice. What is not acceptable — and what we will not do — is messaging purchased databases of strangers. We keep every send to your own customers and always include an opt-out.
Can I attach an image or poster?
