How long does verification take?
The listing can be live within two to three days. Verification depends on the method Google assigns: phone or video verification can finish in a day, while postcard verification takes one to two weeks for the card to arrive at your address.
Someone else already created a listing for my business. Can you fix it?
Yes, and it is common — Google often generates listings from other data sources. We claim the existing listing on your behalf, correct wrong information, and get ownership transferred to you rather than creating a duplicate.
Will this help me appear in the Google map results?
