How much does ID card printing cost?
ID cards start at ₹299. Per-card price falls as the number of cards rises, since the design work is done once and applied across the team. Lanyards and holders are quoted on top if you want them.
What material are the cards printed on?
Standard cards are printed on PVC — the same material as a debit card. It survives daily wear far better than laminated paper, which cracks and peels within a few months.
What photographs do you need?
A clear front-facing photograph of each person against a plain background. Phone photographs are perfectly adequate — we crop, colour-correct and size them consistently so the whole set looks uniform.
Can you add a QR code or employee number?
Yes. Employee ID numbers, QR codes linking to a verification page or profile, blood group, emergency contact and joining date can all be included. Tell us what your organisation needs on the card.
Do you supply lanyards and holders?
Yes, both can be supplied with the cards, including branded lanyards printed with your business name if you want them to match.
What is the minimum order?
There is no hard minimum, but the design work is a fixed cost, so very small orders carry a higher per-card price. Most orders are for a full team at once.
